Once your returned package reaches our facility, our quality control team will inspect the item to verify its condition. We will send you an email notification confirming whether your return or exchange has been formally approved or rejected based on the condition of the items received.
If approved for a refund, the payment reversal will be authorized immediately back to your original payment method (or via secure electronic bank transfer). These funds will clear into your account within 5–10 business days, depending entirely on your banking institution’s standard processing cycles.
