We currently ship exclusively to physical residential and business addresses within the Republic of South Africa. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international destinations at this time.

All orders are processed, securely packed, and dispatched from our facility within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the time your payment is successfully confirmed. Please note that our team does not process or dispatch shipments on weekends or South African public holidays.

Once picked up by our courier partner, standard transit time takes approximately 2–7 business days to arrive at your door. Delivery timelines depend on your destination (major city centers typically arrive faster than regional or remote outlying areas).

We charge transparent, flat-rate shipping fees based on whether your address falls under a local, regional, or national delivery zone. Your exact shipping rate is calculated automatically and displayed clearly at checkout before you authorize payment. There are zero hidden handling fees.
